RLidea
Realistic thinking and free thinking. The name puts the two together.
What the name means
RLidea is Ridea and Lidea laid over each other.
Ridea is Reality idea, thinking that faces what is actually there. Lidea is Liberty idea, thinking that is free.
They meet in one method: face reality without forgetting the dream, and hold the dream without forgetting reality.
Two branches
Reality here means solving the problem of making a living. Once that much is handled on your own, everything beyond it is free. So RLidea stands in two places.
- rlidea.app
- The reality branch. Small tools that take everyday friction away.
- rlidea.com
- The free branch. A place for thinking things through.
How things are made
Only what is needed
There is no reason to hold on to something that will never be used. Never holding it is a surer promise than guarding it well. When a tool needs a server, its own page says what it takes and why.
Start small, then one step at a time
Better to finish one tool worth using and move on than to open several and stall halfway through.
